Welcome to All State Singer’s first composer interview! This was a really fun process for us, but technology is hard so it took us a while to get it on the blog!! But we hope you will all enjoy this interview as much as we enjoyed chatting with Jake Runestad, composer of I Will Lift Mine Eyes. In addition to talking about this work, he also dropped some wisdom on the process of composing, the importance of taking ownership of your performing, and gave us some updates on what he is currently working on.
