Hey, All State Singers! Have gotten a few messages Hey, All State Singers! Have gotten a few messages wondering where I’ve been, when I’ll be back, and how you can access the resources you know and love. So a quick update for everyone! In the past month I had a baby and graduated with my doctorate. This last year I have been working day and night on writing my treatise and completing my doctoral work while growing a human, managing my studio, and being a wife and mom in a pandemic. It was a lot! I didn’t mean to, but I ended up taking a year away from this account. I missed y’all and thought of you often! But I was here, lurking, and wishing you all well. Some of you might have also seen me at TMEA with the treble choir! This year I hope to post some content here, now that I’ve got that degree finished… although all the other stuff hasn’t gone away! If you want to see something specific, let me know. That way I know my content is really helping y’all. I already put a link to a great list of summer camps in the website and I will work on updating the rest of it. See you around! XOXO, Dr. All State Singer ❤️

Zoom lessons in the time of Covid. Most of us are Zoom lessons in the time of Covid. Most of us are working from home but I wonder how many houses have two adults trying to simultaneously teach online lessons? We set up a second studio with a keyboard in our son’s playroom! There is much more tech involved, a much shorter commute, but whatever it takes, we love to see your faces and hear your voices! #TXAllStateChoir2021
